Pricing:

  • Events Monday - Thursday: $75/hour (3 hour min.)

  • Events Friday - Sunday: $100/hour (3 hour min.)

Special Events Package

We offer multiple ceremony sites depending on the size of your wedding:

  • On the lawn under our huge oak tree

  • On the deck overlooking one of our ponds

  • Beside the pond

Maximum Occupancy for Indoor Wedding/Reception Area

  • 70 people with open dance floor

  • 80 people without open dance floor

Included in your rental:

  • 8ft x 8ft wood rectangle arch for outdoor ceremony

  • 8ft wood cross for outdoor ceremony

  • 6ft x 6ft gold arch for indoor celebrations

  • Complimentary one hour rehearsal time (day/time determined by other bookings)

  • 2 hour use of property for a photo shoot for bride or groom (day/time determined by other bookings)

  • Round tables (seats 8), rectangle tables for food service, cocktail tables & white classic chairs for the ceremony

  • We will set up tables according to your plan

  • Use of a full kitchen

  • Use of Bridal Suite

  • Bluetooth portable speaker with microphone for ceremony and/or reception use

Pricing:

  • Monday - Thursday: $1000 (for up to 8 hours)

  • Friday - Sunday: $1500 (for up to 8 hours)

  • No, but we do have a preferred vendor list that we’d be happy to send you after you book.

  • Yes. However, in order to serve alcohol, you must hire a licensed TABC bartender.

  • We will put up the tables and chairs, but you are responsible for cleaning up, which includes picking up trash and cleaning up anything that would leave a stain or mark, as well as removing all of your items.

  • The venue can hold 70 people with an open dance floor and 80 people without an open dance floor.
